Give someone a spot at our hands-on pasta workshop - a fun night with hands on the dough, fresh pasta, good wine, and even better vibes.
They’ll learn to make pasta from scratch with us. Think tagliatelle, ravioli, a proper aperitivo with our sourdough focaccia - and then a sit-down dinner to enjoy everything we cook together.
We’ll end on a sweet note, with a small souvenir to remember the night.

Give someone a spot at our Focaccia Workshop - a hands-on evening full of flour, flavor, and fun.
They’ll learn to make real focaccia from scratch - mixing, kneading, and shaping their own dough step by step.
Since good dough needs time to rise, they’ll take theirs home with full instructions - and use a perfectly proofed one (made with the same recipe) to top, bake, and bring home warm from the oven.
While the dough rests, we’ll share an Italian aperitivo with our homemade focaccia, cheeses, charcuterie, and a drink.
We’ll end the night with a sweet bite and a small surprise to take home.
