We’re Giacomo & Edoardo, two brothers from Guastalla, serving up proper Italian comfort food in Amsterdam.
One of us (Giacomo) spent years in fine dining kitchens. The other (Edoardo) makes sure everything looks as good as it tastes. Together, we’re Pasta Bros. — rolling pasta by hand, baking sourdough focaccia, and stacking sandwiches that drip with flavour.
We’re not here to reinvent Italy. Just giving the classics a bit of attitude — the kind you want to eat with your hands. Come hungry. Leave happy. Probably with sauce on your shirt.
